Aflac Incorporated Prices $750 Million of Senior NotesAflac Incorporated (NYSE: AFL) announced today that it has priced $300 million (par value) of five-year senior notes with a coupon of 3.45%, and $450 million (par value) of thirty-year senior notes with a coupon of 6.45%. The five-year notes will be issued at a price of 99.926 to yield 3.466% and the thirty-year notes will be issued at a price of 99.499 to yield 6.488%. The company anticipates using the proceeds from this issuance for debt repayment, share repurchase and general corporate purposes.
