Under the agreement, ECI developed an interface to enable TPAs to send HealthEZ adjudicated claim files ready for payment. After receiving the claims files, HealthEZ remits payment to the provider for medical services and sends an easy-to-understand, consolidated, monthly statement and explanation of benefits (EOBs) to the employee showing the monthly healthcare activity of the employee´s entire family with service explanations.

HealthEZ´s flexible medical payment service is particularly well-suited for consumer-driven plans and employees who want to auto-pay their bills electronically using flex spending programs, HRA or HSA accounts as well as VISA, MasterCard or debit card.
