Workscape Reports Third Quarter Year-to-Date Results;Sales Exceed More than 200% of Same Period 2006

New and Renewed Client Relationships, Expanded Product Line and New Market Opportunities Highlight Third Quarter Momentum
MARLBOROUGH, Mass. (November 26, 2007) - Workscape, a proven provider of outsourced benefits, compensation and performance management solutions, today reported its third quarter 2007 results. The company has already more than doubled its 2006 sales year-to-date, with a quarter remaining in its fiscal year.

Major Organizations Rely on Workscape

During the third quarter of 2007, a number of prominent organizations selected Workscape’s compensation and performance management solutions, including one of the world’s biggest electronics companies, which chose Workscape’s software-as-a-service Compensation Planner. Also selecting Workscape Compensation Planner was one of the world’s largest management consulting, technology services and outsourcing companies.  Renewed client relationships included Quintiles Transnational, a worldwide leader in pharmaceutical services.

Workscape’s outsourced benefits administration (OBA) offering continues its outstanding 2007 momentum, welcoming new clients such McCain Foods and ASM (Advantage Sales and Marketing).  The former has selected Workscape for enrollment and eligibility, COBRA/FSA and its HR Service Center.  The latter has chosen Workscape for enrollment and eligibility. The third quarter also saw a number of existing clients renew their OBA contracts with Workscape, including a company that designs and markets an extensive range of branded women's and men's apparel, accessories and fragrance products for the Workscape HR Service Center.

Other noteworthy third quarter events include an employee self-service (ESS) implementation with one of the nation’s largest retail grocery chains with over 300,000 employees.  In addition, the company is rolling out a pilot of Workscape’s manager self-service application to drive improved productivity and business performance.

Significant Product Releases and Enhancements

At the 10th Anniversary HR Technology Conference & Exposition, Workscape unveiled its new Express versions of its award-winning enterprise compensation and performance solutions.  Designed to help managers quickly and easily make smarter performance-driven compensation decisions and reward employee performance that drives bottom-line results, Workscape Compensation Express and Workscape Performance Express comprise an integrated Web-based suite that handles all compensation and performance elements. As a result, mid-sized companies are gaining access to the power, scalability, and flexibility of Workscape’s leading enterprise integrated compensation and performance management solutions that have been used by some of the world’s largest companies for years.

Also during the third quarter, Workscape announced enhancements to its large enterprise Performance Manager and Compensation Planner products, including the ability to archive employee feedback from feedback logs,  new context-sensitive help, more configuration options for top-down budgeting, the ability to support multiple, similar-typed compensation elements per compensation plan and improved status displays to show in-process performance reviews.  The latest version also features Workscape’s unique Intelligent Change Rules Engine, whereby the system continually updates the alignment between business rules, including adjustments to affected task that are in-processes, and the related data based on changes to user information and employee hierarchies.
