July 22, 2008 [Ottawa, ON] – emPerform from Corporate Renaissance Group has been selected by ChildServe to meet their employee performance management needs.
ChildServe, an Iowa-based not-for-profit organization, will use emPerform to automate their current employee appraisal process, allowing the over 1,000 employees to easily complete their evaluations online. ChildServe will be able to integrate emPerform with their current Human Resources Information System (HRIS), eliminating the need to duplicate data that is already stored in the business system and the HRIS can be updated with the employee’s completed evaluation and ratings.
