NEW YORK: June 3, 2009 -- Belén Bradley has joined Buck Consultants as a Director in the firm's Los Angeles office.

With more than 20 years of human capital management and compensation consulting experience, Bradley joins Buck from Agility Logistics in Kuwait where she was senior vice president of Organization and Rewards.

Her expertise includes developing human resource strategy and programs in organizational development, talent management, compensation, benefits, change management, and union relations.

Bradley received her bachelor’s degree from New York State University College at Buffalo, and completed graduate studies at Cornell University’s School of Industrial and Labor Relations and at the University of Pennsylvania.
