Beaumont Hospitals in Michigan Selects Halogen Software for Pay forPerformance System

OTTAWA, ON – March 31, 2008 – Halogen Software Inc., a leading provider of

announced that Beaumont Hospitals in Michigan is using Halogen's award-
winning eAppraisal™ Healthcare with eCompensation. Beaumont is reinforcing

Beaumont decided to implement pay for performance to raise the bar for

trainees, took only eight weeks," said Lilek. "We were very pleased with the

The next phase, which includes the full roll-out of eAppraisal with
eCompensation, is beginning now. Appraisals will be completed shortly based
on the new performance standards and pay increases will be implemented,
based for the first time on these performance appraisals.
