Authoria Unites DDI’s Competency Libraries with Its Comprehensive Talent Management Solution

DDI Competency Libraries Are Embedded as Standard Feature of Authoria Talent Management

(DDI), a global human resources consulting firm. The collaboration includes embedding DDI’s competency libraries within the comprehensive Authoria Talent Management solution, as a core component of the base offering. 

DDI competencies will be deployed consistently across the key functions of recruiting, performance management, employee development, and succession planning in Authoria’s comprehensive talent management solution.  

Competencies – clusters of behavior associated with success in a given position, group of positions, or organization – are “the foundation for talent management systems,” according to a recent Bersin & Associates report. (1) But often they are defined by HR organizations without the involvement of business managers, and are inconsistently applied. By placing competencies at the core of its unified approach to talent management – making them readily available to line-of-business managers as well as HR professionals – Authoria improves employers’ ability to recruit, identify, and develop top talent.
