Rick Phillips, a 24-year employee of Atlas Van Lines, has been promoted to assistant vice president of government business.

EVANSVILLE, Ind. - Rick Phillips, a 24-year employee of Atlas Van Lines, has been promoted to assistant vice president of government business.

Phillips will oversee all government related activities - including military and General Services Administration - and will be responsible for developing and promoting new business.

Phillips, an Evansville native, previously was assistant vice president of agency recruitment and was responsible for recruiting new agents for the Atlas network.
