EVANSVILLE, Ind. — Atlas World Group has promoted relocation-industry veteran Kyle Puckett to director of administration at Avail Resource Management, a subsidiary of Atlas World Group. Avail serves customers across North America from its Evansville, Ind., office and specializes in move management services for corporate and residential customers.
As director of administration, Puckett will oversee process improvement and service expansion in order to better serve existing clients and recruit new ones. Previously, Puckett held the position of director of agency recruitment at Atlas Van Lines. He has worked in the relocation industry for 28 years, serving as operations and regional manager for several van lines since 1993.
“Kyle is widely regarded as an expert in his field,” said Greg Hoover, president of Avail Resource Management. “His new role is a critical one because it will have a direct affect on maintaining and improving our customer focus — one of Atlas World Group’s primary goals. We’re happy to have him on board.”
A native of Pontiac, Mich., Puckett holds bachelor’s degrees from Central Michigan University in journalism and political science.
