Artificial Intellligence Hiring Technology Unveiled

Fetch Footprint Taps the Deep Web to Vet Employment Candidates

LOS ANGELES, CA - May 15, 2008 - Helping businesses with the most important corporate decisions they are likely to make - whom to hire - Fetch Technologies today introduces Fetch Footprint, a new service that leverages the Web to help vet employment candidates.

Using advanced artificial intelligence and deep Web extraction technologies, Fetch Footprint will access candidate data from public local, state and federal information sources and millions of social and professional network posts to make the most informed hiring decisions possible.

"While most employers routinely Google candidates as part of the hiring process, Fetch Footprint goes substantially deeper," says Jerry Thurber, President of Fetch Footprint, a division of Fetch Technologies' Employee Data Services Group. "Footprint automates what would take hundreds of man-hours to otherwise discover. For those involved with recruiting, contracting, screening or hiring decisions, the web provides a vast array of information - if you know what to look for. Footprint is designed to intelligently parse data relevant to hiring decisions."

In addition to vetting corporate employment candidates, Fetch Footprint will serve a variety of industry verticals including risk management, background checking, tax credit services, recruiting, applicant tracking, tenant screening, job fit assessments, human resources management and benefit services. "If information about people is critical to your business, Fetch Footprint will find it and deliver it in a way you can use it," adds Thurber.

Jerry Thurber, Fetch Footprint President, formerly served as Division Vice President and General Manager for Applicant Management Services at ADP, one of the nation's premier providers of Human Resource systems. Under his direction, ADP restructured its Screening and Selection Services business to build a virtual employment services environment, integrating customers, suppliers and partners in a nationwide business-to-business community. Mr. Thurber's clients have included Fortune 500 companies, large federal government agencies and international organizations including the World Bank. Prior to ADP, he served as Vice President of American Management Systems Inc., a multinational IT services company.

"Throughout his career, Jerry has helped organizations improve their business process and human resource effectiveness," says Fetch Technologies CEO Robert Landes. "We're privileged to have someone with Jerry's breadth of industry experience lead our new employee data services division team."
