Morton brings to Arbita over two decades of experience as a high-impact sales and marketing executive, generating tremendous revenue growth for technology companies through business development, operations management and sales strategy leadership.

At T-System, Morton led a 147-percent increase in new business over two years that meanwhile expanded the company's market share from 38% to 50%.
Morton has had similar successes with several companies in the related spheres of human capital software and technology, including taking HRsmart from startup to becoming #54 on the Deloitte 500 list of fastest growing companies in 2005.
