Ms. de Cholnoky joins Korn/Ferry from Spencer Stuart, where she was a senior member of the Financial Services practice and co-head of their Global Securities and Banking Practice. Preceding this, she was a partner at another major U.S. search firm running their Wall Street Practice. In addition, Ms. de Cholnoky spent eight years in banking, most recently with Goldman Sachs working in both their corporate finance and fixed income divisions. She was with Merrill Lynch Capital Markets for two years and prior to that at Chemical Bank in corporate lending for three years.
