Ms. Schay has joined Sterling to build and improve the privately held company's strategic planning and execution to enhance productivity and efficiency throughout the company's operations, and ensure strict adherence to ISO 9001 processes and procedures. She will oversee the company's operations across multiple departments. Prior to joining Sterling, Ms. Schay spent six years at CT Corporation where she was the national manager of CT's network of 120 Service of Process (SOP) specialists generating $190mm in revenue across offices nationwide. She also spent five years as a principal consultant with PriceWaterhouseCoopers (PWC).
Ms. Schay received her Bachelors degree from the College of William and Mary.
