“In an increasingly global market, it is imperative that recruiters are able to attract the best diverse talent.  In fact, it is critical to an organization’s success,” said Laura Stoker, senior director of training for AIRS.  “Drawing on the success of our Xtreme Sourcing Contest in 2007, we are now proud to showcase the best and brightest recruiters in the industry for diversity talent.”

Contest entries can include best sourcing tactic for identifying diversity candidates from a specific company, organization and/or college.
For nearly 10 years, AIRS has been teaching recruiters the innovative techniques they need to know with their Certified Diversity Recruiter (CDR) course. Built from research, case studies and interviews with the best diversity recruiting talent, the AIRS CDR program educates recruiters about diversity staffing.
