Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ:SUMT), a global provider of talent and learning
management solutions, said that AGCO Corporation (NYSE:AG) has
purchased the SumTotal Enterprise Suite(TM) to deliver learning,
manage employee performance and align goals. The SumTotal suite is a
talent management system consisting of TotalLMS(TM), a platform for
delivering and analyzing learning, TotalPerformance(TM), software for
assessing employee performance, and TotalCompensation(TM), technology
for building, among other things, pay-for-performance models.

Duluth, Ga.-based AGCO, a world leader in the manufacture,
marketing and distribution of agricultural equipment, is implementing
SumTotal's Enterprise Suite in phases as part of a strategic human
resources initiative. Since its formation in 1990, AGCO has grown
