Job requisition management – Job requisition layout, permission controls, workflow, and management.
Pre-screening Question Library – Creates stock pre-screening questions to ask potential candidates and gives candidates a score based on how they answered.
Job postings – Internal job posting and corporate job board posting. Postings automatically get routed through the right people and to the appropriate places (Web sites, recruiters, etc.).
Applicant tracking – Candidate management functionality provides workflow, approval, comment log and resume paste, giving managers visibility into where candidates are in the hiring process.
Internal recruiting – ability to compare competencies and cross-references these through job openings to see if there’s a fit for an open job internally.
