Adecco has also deployed an EVA (Economic Value Add) mandatory corporate learning initiative training 3,000 Adecco colleagues in just 2 weeks. In another example, Adecco has deployed systems training for the Adecco Web global front office database. Over 11 months Adecco colleagues have completed almost 54,000 training hours on the site and nearly 48,000 courses.
