DALLAS, TEXAS: July 11, 2007 -Affiliated Computer Services, Inc. (ACS) today announced the appointment of Ed Trolley as Vice President of Learning Outsourcing Services. He will guide the company’s continued growth in the learning business process outsourcing (BPO) marketplace and manage the delivery of end-to-end, world-class outsourced talent development solutions.
Trolley will be responsible for shaping the strategic direction of ACS’ Learning Services group and will enhance ACS’ position in the growing training outsourcing market. He will also streamline procedures to implement new learning business process outsourcing (LBPO) clients as well as oversee ACS’ day-to-day operations associated with delivering LBPO services on multi-scope human resources outsourcing engagements.

The father of the concept of Training Process Outsourcing, Trolley is a widely recognized industry expert and co-author of the book, “Running Training Like A Business: Delivering Unmistakable Value.” He is also a contributing author to two ASTD published books, “Building Learning Capability Through Outsourcing” and “Lies About Learning.”
