Accurate Background, Inc., a leading provider of employment screening services, announced today the addition of Aaron Charbonnet as Vice President of Sales and Marketing effective immediately. In this role, Charbonnet will be responsible for managing daily sales activities, new business development, and all aspects of sales operation and marketing strategies. Charbonnet, a veteran of human capital management and technology sales, has over 20 years of experience.
Prior to joining Accurate Background, Inc., Charbonnet was a Partner with Philadelphia-based Unisys Corporation, and instrumental in driving multi-year service contracts with revenue of over $200 million dollars in a three-year period. He was most recently responsible for leading the sales, outsourcing and hosting of the financials, human resources (HR) and student administration applications for one of the largest university systems in North America.
Likewise, he assumed leadership positions to build and grow outsourcing services and ERP implementation practices, and was admitted to the partnership for Bearingpoint (formerly KPMG Consulting) in 1998. Earlier in his career, Aaron worked with ADP in 1987 where he started two successful national account teams that focused on the sales and delivery of HR and payroll Business Process Outsourcing.
