Despite the benefits of assessment screening, recent Aberdeen research shows that the majority of survey respondents who do not use pre-employment testing cited insufficient awareness of pre-hire assessment technology for hiring. Forty-two percent say their internal business processes are not in place to accommodate pre-employment assessment; 41% cite the lack of research on the impact of pre-hire assessment in hiring top talent; and 26% saw a lack of executive support, a requirement for implementing a candidate assessment tool or testing initiative.
