The on-boarding solution enables companies to accelerate their hiring process by allowing applicants to electronically sign and submit their pre-hire information.
myStaffingPro®’s flexible implementation enables companies to create their on-boarding process. The process may include: social security number verification by the Department of Homeland Security, EEO and I9 data collection, and state and federal tax forms. The applicant can then sign the documents electronically with an industry standard "click to sign" or they can utilize an electronic signature pad. The signed documents are stored in a document vault by AlphaTrust, and are assigned a complete electronic signature audit trail.
