PITTSBURGH--Development Dimensions International (DDI) was recognized in Bersin & Associates recent study, High-Impact Leadership Development, as a top leadership development provider. The study, which covered all aspects of the leadership development market, identified the six best practices in leadership development that yield significant business impact.

Bersin & Associates, an independent research and advisory firm focused on enterprise learning and talent management, based the study on surveys of almost 800 companies, 40 in-depth interviews with managers responsible for leadership development, and briefings with 14 leadership development providers.
