IVR allows employees to clock-in, transfer departments, and credit work hours directly to Legiant Timecard through a telephone. With Absence Notification, an employee can call-in absent and sick time will be automatically applied to the individual's timecard.

The IVR system is tightly integrated with the time and attendance software, allowing supervisors to view an electronic in/out board in real-time. Additionally, supervisors in the field are able to dial in to check employee status, perform basic edits to correct missed punches, and perform other transactions.
