These surveys will update 2004 research in these areas. Highlights from the previous research include:
Staffing: The average company achieved efficiencies of 32 hiring positions managed per recruiter versus 46 or more for top quartile companies .
Workers Comp: The return-to-work rate averaged 93% for the benchmark class and 98% for the top quartile. This gap represented an average projected company savings of $28M.
Benefits/ Pension Administration: The benchmark class average Pension Administration cost per employee was $116. In fact, top quartile companies were able to achieve $63 or less!
Benchmarked areas include benefits, workers comp, employee relocation, staffing, recruiting, HRIS management, and HR contact centers. Companies may participate in one, several or all of these modules. To ensure confidentiality, information provided in this study will be blinded so that no individual data points are connected to any participant.
Companies already participating in one or more modules include 3M, AT&T, Baxter, Caterpillar, ConocoPhillips, Dow Chemical, DuPont, Eastman Kodak, FedEx, Fidelity, Intel, Motorola, Nortel, Qualcomm, Siemens, Sun Microsystems, Westinghouse, and Xerox.
