In June 2005 HR.com surveyed its members regarding current practices with respect to their recruitment and talent management metrics solutions with an emphasis on their recruitment metrics interface. We wanted to know how organizations are interacting with their recruitment databases, the kinds of metrics they are accessing by means of this interface, and their satisfaction with the way they currently access and work with their recruitment data. Results are contained in this paper.
