Engaging Employees

According to a Towers Perrin study mentioned on the Human Resources website with 50 financial service organizations, participating
companies for which 70% or more of the staff were engaged experienced an improvement in operating income of 19.1% over a twelve month period. Yet, the results of a recent i4cp survey with 776 participants indicate that "many leaders and managers need considerably better engagement-building skills than they currently possess."
