1) What is the geographical distribution of the coupon book?

This book can be distributed online to our entire membership database, which currently encompasses every country in the world. In reality, 80% of our membership base is in the North American market and this is where we see this book offering the most value.


2) How do I distribute these books to my association members?

3) Is this book good for HR people in countries other than the US and Canada?

Yes, but it offers the most value for individuals in Canada and the United States.


4) How do I distribute these books to my clients?

Bulk book purchases are available, with Private Label opportunities for a reduced fee per book depending on volumes. Please call David Whitmarsh at 877-472-6648 for details.


5) How do I send in my material for the coupon?

You can submit your coupon details and logo (150 pixels wide) by going to www.hr.com/buildcoupon.

6) Is there a deadline for participation?
Officially yes, it's April 1st by midnight and the first books will hit the road the week after. In reality, we can add additional vendors after the deadline and they will be handled as follows:
  • For people who have already bought the Book, they will receive an e-update every two weeks
  • A new book will be printed April 1, 2010 and each April lst in the following years

7) How do I book additional coupons?
Simply request them on this form and then we can either invoice you or collect payment online for the additional coupon placements.


8) I have a product that is typically delivered in a local market, can I add this to the book?

In markets where we have a local market person selling the book, this is a great idea. Please call to see if we have a representative in your area.


9) How do members redeem their savings?

In order to keep the program as simple as possible redemption is done in two ways. Members can include your hard copy coupon with payment of your invoice or follow the online redemption procedure. Redemption steps are available online for book holders only.


10) Is this book for Corporate use or individual usage?

Most of the products are for individual consumption but many will benefit your entire organization.

11) When does the book / coupon expire?

The entire book will expire June 30, 2010. We plan to continue this offering in subsequent years.

12) Where does the money from the Coupon book sales go?
Sales from the proceeds of the book are distributed as follows:
    a) To cover the cost of printing and distribution
    b) To compensate the person distributing or selling the book. In many cases these will be HR people in transition
    c) To create a scholarship fund for students looking to enter the HR space
    d) To HR.com to pay some of the suppliers who have offered their products at incredible discounts in these markets. In some cases HR.com has negotiated significant savings from products and offered them as part of this package.
