High-potential employees represent the future of any organization. These are the employees that will move into senior leadership roles. By many estimates, they are twice as valuable as any other employee in the company. But how do you find them, how do you keep them and how do you cultivate them?

Join our panel discussion as we talk about high potential employees and recruitment/retention strategies pre-hire, post hire and everything in between. We’ll also explore essential tools and technologies – including video interviewing and analytics/assessments -- to help you make the most informed decisions when it comes to high potential candidates.

Please submit any questions in advance that you have for the live webcast/panel discussion by emailing Kristen Hagarty kristen.hagarty@lumesse.com

Organizations are using more and more technology to automate their recruiting processes. Online assessments, candidate relationship management, social sourcing and video interviewing are all being deployed to reduce the time and cost associated with recruiting. While these solutions may improve the process of recruiting, it’s important for HR professionals to ensure that new technology does not inadvertently introduce new types of bias that have a negative effect on recruiting quality and overall business performance. Bias in recruiting is not new. HR professionals have long worked to identify and remove biases from the recruiting process. HR professionals are well versed in racial and gender bias and the negative consequences resulting from both. But in many cases HR professionals are unaware of other kinds of bias and need the basic tools and techniques required to find and correct those biases. This webinar will describe several types of bias and teach a few basic skills needed to analyze recruiting data to identify and reduce these biases. Attendees do not need advanced math degrees or good grades in Statistics to attend.

A recent survey of corporate recruiters revealed that 80% of talent acquisition professionals describe candidate experience as “very important” to their recruiting efforts, yet nearly half of those surveyed describe efforts to improve that experience as an ongoing struggle. While the effort remains challenging, the good news is the clear and significantly accelerated priority placed on candidate experience across the recruiting landscape. But it’s not just the candidates who strive for a better experience; it’s the talent acquisition professionals as well.

In this webinar you’ll learn about new technologies and tactics designed to improve the full talent acquisition experience, for hiring professionals and job seekers alike. You’ll learn how a new breed of recruiting technology – mobile, social and big data solutions – have helped companies overcome the struggle to improve the way top talent engages with hiring organizations. And you’ll walk away with a host of ideas and insights to improving your organization’s own experience and strengthen the employment brand.

Firms need to know how to separate candidates from talent acquisition pools and recognize why potential candidates are not applying for open positions with their firm. Recruitment automation allows organizations to eliminate human intervention up to the point of an interview with the hiring manager. This automated process is efficient, fast and it does a better job of screening candidates for fit while at the same time level setting candidate expectations. As a result, hiring managers only interview candidates that are fit and are interested in the position. Candidates are informed in real time about their chances of hire. Hear the case studies of success of firms using recruitment automation to their advantage in the war for talent.
