A highly interactive workshop which defines culture, defines accountability, and provides a proven four-step process for installing an accountability-based culture. The four steps-Share Your Vision, Bring Your Vision to Life, Weave Accountability into the Fabric of the Organization, and Model the Way-will be covered in detail, and since effective feedback is foundational to any change process, we will describe our feedback methodology. This workshop has been successfully delivered in the USA, Canada, China, Singapore and Malaysia, so we know that it is applicable across different cultures. It is based on our extensive international experience. Participants will be encouraged to become involved, and ask questions.
