Every six months Modern Survey conducts a random sample study of full-time workers to determine the State of Employee Engagement. Join Modern Survey's President, Don MacPherson, as he reveals the findings from the March 2014 study.

To enhance the support the managers, the company also created an on-line and simple support site that highlighted just a few critical tools and activities managers could take, aligned with content from EYE.
