Founded in June of 2006, Aspen was created to bridge several gaps that were developing in the marketplace. Businesses were demanding that their HR organizations become more strategic. Recruiting and retention was become more complex as jobs started to decline, and availability of talent further declined. Business leaders and managers were becoming more self sufficient and invested more time in networking, recruiting, and building effective teams.
