The Global Picture of Employee Engagement: Key Global Survey Results Revealed
During today’s global economic climate, employee engagement becomes even more critical as organizations struggle to differentiate themselves from the competition and adapt to a new economic landscape.

Understanding the wider global context is as vital as ever when measuring employee engagement. How does employee engagement differ around the world and how does the US compare to other countries? How have engagement levels changed over the last 12 months? What drives engagement globally?

In this webcast join Matt Roddan, head of US Employee Research at ORC International, who will share the results of the 2012 global perspectives survey. The survey provides rich unbiased insight into what’s really going on at a grassroots level for employees around the world.

The perspectives survey was conducted by ORC International, the global market research organization and leader in Employee Research. Employees from 19 different countries took part in the survey, giving their views on issues such as employee engagement, health and wellbeing, communications, pay and management.

Be amongst the first to hear the results as Matt identifies how different countries are performing and the global drivers of engagement. He will also investigate the importance of employee wellbeing in creating sustainable engagement and how external benchmarks can provide insight into your organization’s employee survey results.
