Measuring the ROI of Coaching
Virtual Event Virtual Event
It is widely accepted that coaching is effective in developing individuals, yet the challenge is how to measure coaching’s impact of coaching programs. In fact, many may wonder if it’s even possible to credibly measure the impact of coaching and report return-on-investment (ROI). Indeed, it is possible! Using real-world examples and the ROI Methodology™ for coaching, participants will learn how to measure the impact of coaching and how to demonstrate ROI of their coaching work.

The need for greater accountability in coaching is growing. In fact, recent research shows that being able to demonstrate the benefits of coaching and being able to demonstrate ROI of coaching are the two greatest opportunities facing the coaching profession (2012 Global Coaching Study, International Coach Federation). Until now, there has not been a credible, methodical approach to measure the effectiveness, success and ROI of coaching programs.

Attend this session and learn how to measure the success, impact and ROI of any one of your current coaching programs or projects.

Who should attend: Coaches, Managers of Learning & Development, Leadership Development Managers, Talent Management, Coaching Program Managers and Human Resources
