Eating Well on Business Trips: Nutrition Tips for Road Warriors
You work hard to establish a healthy routine at home – your fridge is stocked with leafy green vegetables and low-fat dairy, and the receptionist at the yoga studio knows you by name. But you’re 2,000 miles away at a Hilton in Mexico City for three straight days of client meetings. Now what?

Business trips present a unique challenge for employees. It can be difficult to eat well in unfamiliar territory, particularly when confronted with a tight schedule, limited flexibility and temptation around every corner. This webinar will provide tips to help avoid common nutrition pitfalls frequently encountered while on the road, from alcohol and sweets at the airport to midnight snacks from the hotel mini-bar. We will also address a variety of topics to make sure that your employees’ commitment to health isn’t checked with their luggage, including: general guidelines on how to choose foods for wellness and energy; how to eat well in an airport or hotel by planning in advance and making smart choices; how to stay on track at meetings and client meals; and how to stock your suitcase for success.
