Stop Workplace Drama
According to Gallup US businesses lost between 250-300 billion in lost productivity last year due to negativity. Negativity is just one form of drama in the workplace. No matter how you label it, disruptive behavior, workplace bullying, incivility, harassment, insubordination and power struggles its all drama.
