A Guided Tour to Adding Talent Management to your HR Systems
Most organizations have some form of HR system of record, whether it’s home grown or purchased from a vendor. These systems are great at storing employee information, but many don’t have all the functionality needed to support organization’s Talent Management processes. When that is the case, companies need to add new modules or other solutions, and with that comes challenges:

• Do I have the right data that I need in my HRIS to support performance, compensation, learning or succession?
• What processes do I automate first?
• What are the hurdles that other companies have faced when trying to do what I’m thinking about tackling?
• And, more importantly, how did they overcome them?

Like with any expedition, a guide that has traveled your path is an invaluable asset to success, and in this webinar, Diane Mulhall, Director of Service Implementation for the Talent Management division of ADP and Robert Mattson, Director of Talent Management Marketing will show you where others have tripped, fallen short and succeeded in reaching the Talent Management summit.

This session will start with defining the Talent Management domain and then the differences in the types of data that are traditionally stored in an HRIS system and required for Talent Management processes. The speakers with then look at each of the pillars of Talent Management and detail the most vital data elements that are required to drive each process. Then the attendees will be led through details of each Talent Management pillar, the sub-processes required for each, and real-life examples of how companies have succeeded and failed in their implementations of Talent Management.
