My company wants to put some HR/HCM online

My company would like to put some of our HR/HCM pieces online. Has anyone any ideas on what we might be able to put up there? Online forms, electronic signatures, video's?

All suggestions welcome.

Before anyone can answer that, you need to decide what the purpose is. Are you looking to make information more accessible to employees? Are you looking to reduce paper? Reduce contact with hr personnel? Reduce the workload for hr personnel?? Automate processes??

Placing the HR / HCM online leads to automation / semi - automation, depending on the requirement and the budget.

It is essential in today's world.

As a start, it is a very pain-staking process, but the fruits are worth.while.
