Texting is very effective with the younger generation. At one time we owned and ran our own business with the majority of our employees were teenagers. Texting is the best way to communicate with this generation. When someone would call out. I just took out my phone and text to all employees. have a shift open. First response back gets the hours! Amazing this actually worked! It was better that calling each individual person and asking can you come in? It was exactly the same question just a diff format. 5 / 5
