As the economy is slipping in and out of tough terrains, companies are pressed more to keep their workforce more productive and motivated than ever. Higher level of employee engagement is the way companies need to align their HR initiatives. Rewards & Recognition play direct role in motivating the employees. Not being able to hear him clearly made me feel like I got about half the information.There were background noises that distracted from his presnetation and he is difficult to understand (with his accent).
