All companies face a constant threat of employee turnover. The attrition rate may be higher in some sectors than others. The reason is attributed to increased job requirements resulting from expansion of organizations. Employees always find the next opportunity more attractive than the present one. This brings constant job dissatisfaction and less employee engagement.
There are ways to reduce this attrition and increase employee engagement.
The Performance Management Practices and Professional development Practices bring pride in the organization. And Managerial Support and Social Responsibility bring satisfaction in the organization.
If all the four are provided, the employees will have no intention to leave and remain engaged.
