shankar.pattabi Member since 05/03/2013	Job Redesign is basically done during growth period while a technical member is reassigned as new resource to redesign in the structure of Hierarchy as manager promoted to maintain the technical operation team while recuriting new skilled employee workforce. Redesign can also be done based on interest of employee in respective of Academic background, However changes need on performance based. ration
