Resources for Job Redesign

I'm working with a team that is going through job redesign. Does anyone have sample materials or can you recommend where I can find materials? Thanks.

As a process of exploration and definition of job roles, the G-ACUA Corporate University Blueprint Handbook provides an over-arching development framework within which they can identify current job roles and areas of development to meet new challenges ahead.

Job Redesign is basically done during growth period while a technical member is reassigned as new resource to redesign in the structure of Hierarchy as manager promoted to maintain the technical operation team while recuriting new skilled employee workforce.
Redesign can also be done based on interest of employee in respective of Academic background, However changes need on performance based.
