Hi Every body here,

It's my pleasure to join in this forum witch is containing a huge number from different HR subjects , so we can share our experience .
Dears,
I have 2 critical questions, need to know from our expert what is the perfect answer for it :

What is the distinction in principle between the role of the ER specialist and the role of line management team?

What is the distinction between the role of the ER specialist and the role of line management team in dealing with : Disciplinary Action , Handling Absence and time keeping , and Handling Grievances ,equal opportunities and performance and performance management?

Thanks,,
