Do your employees have access to their medical information?

A recent survey found that 90% of patients want online access to health information, scheduling, and prescription fills. Having ready access to their medical information empowers employees to take an active role in their health - improving care compliance, reducing inefficiencies and controlling costs.

You make a great point here. Many people with the new technology and the development of EMR now can have and want access to their records. Gone are the days of your Dr not sharing your records with another Dr for fear of losing patients. In my personal case I moved years ago and my PCP said thier policy was medical records were thier property and they wouldn't give them to me to bring to my new Dr. This is also why I got involved with www.CallDoctorsNow.com I have my records available to me anytime I need or want them.
