QUESTION: How do you measure effective leadership? Why are leaders effective? Can you identify your most effective leaders? Who in your organization should be considered for the next leadership role?

Wonderlic, Inc. is in the midst of developing and validating an assessment used to evaluate the effectiveness of leaders/managers. We will be evaluating the effectiveness of leaders by examining their ability to engage employees, peers, and clients. Thus, an effective leader is able to create and maintain engagement in others.
We currently are in need of real-world organizations with managers (a person with 5 or more subordinates) that are willing to let us survey their leaders and subordinates in order to obtain applied data that is generalizing.
In exchange for your organization’s participation we will supply a detailed/customized report where you will be able to:
• Identify your most effect leaders
• Identify the critical attributes that define their success
• Establish a profile for evaluating potential leaders
• Answer any other questions of interest to your organization (negotiable)
By participating and gaining a customized solution which meets your company’s specific needs, you will also contribute to information that is comprehensive to all types of organizations, across industry types.
Again, this is of NO COST to you or your company.
FYI: Wonderlic will not share any organization-specific information with any third party. Only information collapsed across organizations and/or deidentified data points in summary reports will be provided in research literature and global validation documents.
