Employees' chronic health conditions cost companies $153 billion per year

According to the 2011 Gallup-Healthways Well-Being Index, workers with chronic health conditions cost U.S. companies $153 billion in annual lost productivity costs. Overweight workers with three or more chronic conditions have 42 unhealthy days per year, compared to 4 for healthy workers. What does your company do to prevent and manage your employees’ chronic conditions?

Connecting to those who can relate with privacy and anonymity is alllowing people to be social but private. They feel better and live well knowing they are not alone.
