ellie.bolt Member since 04/23/2012	For my master thesis I'm doing a research on leader-leader interactions. This focus on the effects that higher management (superiors) have on middle or lower management (followers). The focus in this research is on the combination of two styles of leadership, the transformational leadership style (person oriented) and the transactional leadership style (task oriented) and how these styles affect the performance of followers. In other words, I'm looking for the most effective leadership combination. For this research I need a high amount of responses on the following questionnaire: www.thesistools.com/ehbolt_master_EN Do you have work experience and experience as a leader, than please give me 15 minutes of your time and fill in the questionnaire.
