The Next Great Business Revolution: The Humanization of Business?
11/25/2011 / 6:01 pm    #1

Gary Vaynerchuk, the author of "Crush It!" and "The Thank You Economy" posits that the next great business revolution is going to involve 2 things:

1) Companies working harder than ever to genuinely connect with their employees on a "human level" (as opposed to being just another number) to create workplaces where they are satisfied, productive and successful.

2) Companies working harder than ever to treat every customer as if they were the only thing standing between you running a successful business and being out-of-business.

What are your thoughts?
