GPHR/SPHR/PHR reimbursement policy

Does any one have a policy around reimbursing expenses associated with:

*Training and preparation for the GPHR/SPHR/PHR certification and recertification exams.
*Membership fees/dues for national and local SHRM meberships.
*Participating in local and national SHRM events, trainings, seminars, etc.

I am developing a policy and am looking for comparisons to ensure I have captured all pertinent options.
