With so much hype about HR professionals having to RE-TAKE the PHR or SPHR exams...is it really worth it? I am scheduled to take my SPHR this winter and honestly, am scared to death that I may not be one of the less than 50% who pass. I am studying every day and went through a great study group last Spring but I don't want to go nuts...especially ontop of a huge work load at the office each day! Does anyone have any really great advice for me? Point me in a positive direction? Links to helpful sites? Tips or tricks? Sincerely, Future SPHR Certified Professional |
