Assessment tools for capacity building

I need to find out if anyone has used successfully an assessment instrument that focuses on capacity building( competencies) for a large organization. Are their any specific instrument(s) or companies that are effective in helping organizations identify good tools

Thanks

Good Morning,

I am not sure if this is exactly what you are seeking, but at the McQuaig Institute we offer assessments tools that help companies gain a better understanding of candidates' temperament, preferred work style, leadership ability, level of drive, independence, etc. We have over 1,000 clients worldwide in all industries enjoying substantially reduced turnover and increased productivity.

If you would like to know more, please contact me at ksalem AT mcquaig.com or 416-941-9418 x367.

There are plenty of more or less reliable assessment tools. We at Pro Mind use the Sigmund tests (Potential, etc.) and are quite satisfied with them.

Do not hesitate to contact them for further information: www.sigmund.net.
